Two heads are better than one. Many hands make light work.You've heard these adages and know that they are true. The goal of this forum is to learn what each other could use help with and/or what knowledge they have to offer and to prioritize topics for discussion in future months. At the subsequent meetings colleagues will come prepared to share experiences, lessons learned, tools and other resources related to the designated topic. Attendees will leave the meeting better prepared to address a current challenge or one that will likely arise in the near future as a result of the collaboration. Remember - none of us is as smart as all of us!
