Every day, we all face limitations of time and energy. So many things compete for our attention. I often think about how I can make it easier for my body, mind, and spirit to be alive on this planet at this time. I hope to be a good version of myself for MYSELF first, then my family, friends, and patients. When I am a better version of myself, I have more patience, more energy, and more vitality to bring to what I want to create.

Many people embrace fanatic new years goals this week. Others find that futile. Whether you are excited about resolutions or already feel like giving up, I am here to cheerlead you into an idea. What if…you are PERFECT just the way you are? And….you also could use a little improvement? If that is the case, then I have compiled a bunch of resources to hack your 2.0 version of you.
