The Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts is pleased to announce that Meghan Maceiko has joined the organization as Grants and Impact Manager. Ms. Macieko will be the Community Foundation’s first full-time Grants and Impact Manager.
“We are thrilled to have Meghan on the team,” said Community Foundation President, Stephen Adams. “She has extensive experience in all aspects of this important post. Meghan has the analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills that will help the Community Foundation’s donors reach a new level of impact,” Adams said.
Ms. Maceiko brings to the Community Foundation extensive expertise in operations management, corporate philanthropy and community relations after nearly 20 years with Unum Group. She also has deep experience assessing nonprofit program impact as a volunteer and then staff the United Way of Central Massachusetts. In addition, Meghan is actively engaged in several Central Massachusetts volunteer efforts including serving on boards of directors for a number of area nonprofit organizations.
Ms. Maceiko will oversee the Community Foundation’s discretionary grant making programs. The Community Foundation currently offers programs in six program areas representing more than $500,000 in annual grants to as many as 60 grantees.
