The Client Services Assistant (CSA) assists the Client Services Coordinator (CSC) with all aspects of client management and administration including: managing client flow, outreach, supervising volunteers, updating database, reporting, preparing delivery program orders, and providing coverage for the department in the absence of the CSC.
