Under the supervision of the Continuous Improvement Engineer, the Continuous Improvement Specialist/Trainer will assist in coaching and developing newly hired team members as well as current team members on various machinery, processes, and procedures.
As a member of our team, you will make updates to existing training materials, create new training materials, and assist in developing new SOP’s and innovative processes.
