Summary of duties and responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to the following: Selling new small business commercial accounts assuring customer satisfaction by representing the Company’s products and services in a clear and positive manner to distributors, dealers, and customers in accordance with AACI’s company policy. Sales consist of but not limited to: systems installation contracts and contractual recurring electronic systems services. Member must be able to work well with others while pursuing team goals for productivity and innovation.
This individual will have a strong capacity to self-generate leads, convert those leads to customers, develop existing accounts and close sales in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work to generate new business while also growing existing customer accounts.
Must have strong communication skills and networking skills.
Should be familiar with fire and burglar alarm systems and be able to analyze system problems and recommend required solutions.
Respond to customer inquiries and needs, as received by telephone, fax, email or in-person.
Must be well organized and detail oriented.
Maintain confidential information related to customer transactions, including pricing, problems with equipment, etc.
Serves as the primary link between the Company and subscriber in order to resolve problem accounts.
Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and vendors.
The Small Business Commercial Sales Representative will be accountable to the Regional Sales Manager. Secondary accountability will be to the other management team members, employees and customers of the company.
Position requires a team-oriented individual with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Individual must have a proven track record of taking initiative and handling numerous priorities at once.
Minimum education requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or Associates Degree with longer work experience. Candidate must be highly proficient with software applications.
