Assistant Manager
This position is for highly motivated candidates who are able to take control of their careers. Our assistant managers coach and develop the team that delivers Rapid Refill’s goal of knowing our customers and being a leader committed to providing total service. Working as an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in developing and leading a professional associate team to ensure achievement of operational goals, sales growth, quality, consistency, cleanliness and 100% customer satisfaction.

 

Retail experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Assistant Managers are required to have transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
