Title: Writer/Marketing Communications Coordinator
Mindset Go creates lasting change in people’s lives by leading them to shift mindsets, develop skills and improve
habits. We are growing rapidly and currently looking for a marketing/writing support person. Our training applies
to people of all ages and is proven to help them to be more confident and skilled communicators through
experiential learning programs, consulting, and coaching. In this role you will participate in both planning and
implementing strategies as well as executing systems and processes designed to scale the business to the next
level. You will work closely with the CEO and other team members.

You have experience as a content writer, ideally for a management consulting or other professional
You're a project manager at heart: you're organized, like to install processes to stay organized, and you
excel at holding others accountable.
You have 5+ years of experience creating web content, as well as channel- specific knowledge (blog,
whitepapers, presentation decks, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
You have recent experience building audiences online for both B2B and B2C skills.
You have a solid understanding of SEO for web content (on-page and off-page).
You have proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WordPress, Constant Contact, Adobe InDesign, and
Photoshop (knowledge of HTML and graphic design a plus).
Ability to communicate exceptionally well in writing, in person and on the phone.
Strong technical acumen to work efficiently within Hubspot CRM and various business technologies.

My goal is to scale the company nationally with the MindsetGo Confident and Effective Communicator Model.
The top priorities for 2021 will be to incorporate online training as part of our offering, find other trainers, build our channel partner network, and make a concerted marketing effort to brand the company as experts in
Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and Sales.
Marketing Communicationss Responsibilities
Organize and best utilize our business’s extensive content.
Write content for MindsetGo blog, marketing e-newsletters, website copy, and lead nurturing
Disseminate marketing analytics and provide recommendations for better marketing decisions for the
company (ex. are our email newsletter open rates strong enough? What can we do to improve?)
Research and suggest new initiatives to increase podcast listeners.
Strategize the development and execution of our marketing plan to consistently engage our audience.
Develop and monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of our advertisements, newsletters,
other promotional materials, and social media.
Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for capturing customer evaluations.
Develop content marketing pieces including but not limited to: emails, newsletters, blogs, whitepapers,
infographics, and guides for both B2C & B2B segments.
Collaborate with sales, education, designers, and external influencers and/or industry experts to produce
Contribute to website redesign project.
Use your copy-editing skills to build pages on our company website, create social media content, and
develop workshop descriptions and other marketing collateral.
Develop compelling visual content for MindsetGo’s social channels, engaging with users and build
relationships with viewers and followers.
Create deeply engaging posts for Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other media
