Aqualite US is the leader in water treatment and air purification systems. We have been in business for over 25 years and are expanding our operations. We offer the best water filtration services in the country.  We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and driven individual to join our sales team as Telemarketing Manager.

Aqualite provides our customers with free in-home water and air analyses and demonstrations to identify quality issues, make proposals with affordable solutions for water and air purification, educate prospects on the value proposition of the products, and close sales contracts.

We are looking for a Telemarketing Manager to be responsible for managing our Water Telemarketers as well as our In-Store Canvassers at our Home Depot locations.  You will also call homeowners who have sent in water test samples actively engaging customers in (this is a fun, people-oriented position) – No Cold Leads!  You will offer customers a free water in-home sales demonstration focusing on the quality of water in their homes, then book the in-home appointment for our sales force.

Requirements

Manage Water Telemarketers and Home Depot In-Store Canvassers.  You will book water treatment system sales appointments and maintain good customer relationships.  You must be an excellent communicator and possess superior customer service skills.  You should be skilled at cultivating leads, building customers and developing business to help the company increase sales and continue to expand.

  • Manage and train Home Depot water sales group - as your sales team grows to build your successful team. You will also develop new successful sales and marketing strategies and ideas to achieve your revenue goals.
  • Call potential or existing leads and customers to book sales appointments and describe Aqualite’s water purification system using scripts
  • Answer questions about products and the company
  • Be a Customer Service ambassador to foster the company’s reputation - Go the “extra mile” to help us meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information in our CRM system
  • Deal courteously and professionally with customers, always with high standards of personal conduct and business ethics, while demonstrating professional sales methods per company policy
  • You must own or have access to an automobile or other reasonable and appropriate transportation. Maintain such transportation as needed to perform all job duties, including maintaining a valid driver’s license and insurance coverage

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication Skills - Strong interpersonal skills with customers and co-workers - Sales  and Management experience preferred
  • Bi-Lingual language skills preferred
  • Reliable transportation, Driver’s license and ability to pass a background check is required
  • Ability to give and receive feedback on job performance and customer interactions from peers and managers
  • Proven experience as a telesales manager or sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Able to work under pressure or to handle rejection
  • High School Diploma

Compensation

Salary starting at $60-$75k (depending on experience). Hours M-F 12-8 PM and Sat 10 AM – 2 PM. We offer a full benefits package along with a very aggressive bonuses/ commissions payout.
