Sanctuary Medicinals in Littleton, MA is looking for joint rollers, trimmers and packagers (cannabis) to join our strong team! We are located on 234 Taylor Street. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable (on-time-every-time).

Hiring for 2nd shift 5pm-12:30am

Pay: $16.50 (regularly scheduled reviews and opportunities to increase over time) + 50% discount after 30 days and full benefit options!

We are looking for a Cannabis Trimmer, Joint Roller and Packager who can become a part of our organization and grow with our company. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, proactive, passionate, and able to beat deadlines and meet quotas. This role will work to ensure that our products maintain the highest of quality and achieving necessary efficiencies. This team member will need to be able to pay attention to detail and be able to identify contaminates.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the upmost cleanliness and organized work environment within the trimming room.
• Observing all required PPE requirements while trimming Cannabis
• Have a good understanding of cannabis quality control
• Effectively trim plants (steady hands needed for each position)
• Meet company daily quotas
• Able to use shears with accuracy
• Required to trim sugar leaf and sticks off plants sticks once plants are dried.
• Responsible for maintaining quality products.
• Sorting different strains of cannabis and maintaining organization
• Being able to identify contaminates (we train)
• Assisting with any other tasks or responsibilities that are assigned to you by the Team Lead and/or Trim Supervisor

Qualifications

• Cannabis Industry experience is preferred but not required (we provide paid training)
• Able to stand or sit for an 8 hr. shift
• Able to lift 25-30 lbs.
• Move about a typical manufacturing and warehouse environment
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Must be able to work in an environment with kief in the air
