Location:  Woburn, MA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to  - 3:30pm 37.5 hours/week
Salary Range: $15.95/hr - $16.70/hr

About the Job:  To assist the program participants work in the community in an appropriate community work situation and/or work in the in-house program.
Essential Skills:  
  • The ability to provide the program participants with an adult role model, provide encouragement and direction, crisis intervention when necessary, consistent implementation of behavioral programming, encouragement to attend on-sites, and training of work skills and habits.  
  • To be in attendance every day and be able to deal with all staff and the diverse constituencies of NuPath in a polite and respectful manner. 
  • The person in this position must be able to verbally communicate, read and write in English, visually monitor the safety of all individuals and verbally present updates on individual status.  
  • Must adhere to all NuPath policy and procedures.
  • Maintains MART compliance which requires drug screening.
Due to the requirements of this position we are seeking a Male staff in accordance with the Bona Fide Occupational Qualification Requirement (BFOQ)
Education/Experience Requirements:  BA in relevant field; previous behavioral experience preferred. Two years related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
