Sanctuary Medicinals in Littleton, MA is looking for Dry Trimmers to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, proactive, passionate, and able to beat deadlines and set records. This role will work to ensure that our products maintain the highest of quality and achieving necessary efficiencies. This person will must be able to pay attention to detail and be able to identify contaminates.

SHIFT:
Evenings 4pm-12:30am Monday - Friday
PAY:
Base pay $16/hour + Evening shift differential .50

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining the upmost cleanliness and organized work environment within the trimming room.
- Keeping up with Company daily shift quotas
- Observing all required PPE requirements while trimming Cannabis
- Effectively remove sugar leaf and stems from product
- Occasionally assist other departments with harvest trimming
- Responsible for maintaining quality products
- Be aware of different strains of cannabis being processed in room, and being mindful of cross contamination
- Assisting with any other tasks or responsibilities that are assigned to you by the Team Lead and/or Trim Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
- Cannabis Industry experience (preferred but not required)
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must be able to work in an environment with kief in the air.
