OVERVIEW
Sanctuary Medicinals in Littleton, MA is looking for Cannabis Cultivators to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, hard-working and has experience with growing and harvesting cannabis. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, proactive, passionate, and able to beat deadlines and set records. This role will work to ensure that our products maintain the highest of quality and achieving necessary efficiencies. This person will have to be able to pay great attention to detail.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS
M-F 7am-3:30pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting with growing tasks such as watering, pruning, propagating, packaging, cleaning/sterilization, harvesting, transplanting.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have problem solving skills, a strong work ethic, fine attention to detail, and be punctual
- Must be comfortable on a ladder, lifts up to 25' and with heights in general.
- Must be able to perform physical labor and able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be a team player
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be 21 years old or older, per state regulations
