Job Description:
- Handling of Invoices
- Bank runs and check handling
- Track job costs
- Knowledge of Sage Software (not required) a major plus
- Knowledge of Real Estate (not required)
- Knowledge of Property Management (not required)
- Background in Bookkeeping/accounting
This is an in-office position Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm. All work in strictly confidential as it pertains to business and financial matters. Up to 2 weeks of paid training provided.
