• How many PTO days are offered? – Negotiable depending level of experience.
- 5 Sick days the first year of employment to satisfy Mass Sick time law. (Earn one day a month, up to 5 days, and not to be used the first 90 days of employment).
- One Year employment = 8 days
- Two Years employment = 13 days
- Ten Years employment = 18 days
• What percentage of single and family health do you cover?
- Ceric pays 70% of premiums
- BCBS of Mass HMO Blue New England
- HRA – Company pays 75% of deductible
- No waiting period for insurance benefits – begin at date of hire
