Hybrid Work Schedule:
Minimum two days in the Boston, MA office, remaining days working remotely.

Job Overview:
Finance Programs Associate will assist the EVP by managing cross-departmental initiatives and program operations with an emphasis on operational effectiveness. In addition to the annual budgeting process, this job will lead special projects, reports, and program initiatives. Under the direction of the Senior Vice President, Green Financing, this role also dedicates support to the Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports, maintain and update internal program documents and internal filing system.
- Conduct research in support of product development initiatives.
- Organize annual goals setting and budget process for the Division.
- Lead project teams to develop new materials or advance other initiatives.
- Maintain accuracy of program materials on website, in application forms, presentations, and in marketing materials.
- Create training materials for staff on products and programs.
- Manage scheduling and circulation of draft materials for committee meetings.
- Process vendor invoices for PACE Program.
- Support Senior Administrative Assistant as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Competencies:
- Understanding of workplace concepts and issues related to diversity, equity, inclusion, access, belonging, and anti-oppression.
- Bachelor’s degree, 3 years relevant professional experience, or a combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of the financial services sector.
- Demonstrated research and analytical abilities.
- Collaborate in diverse teams to foster productive outcomes through active communication.
- Effective time-management, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
- Bilingual is a plus, not required for the job.
