TITLE

Store Manager - Dunkin' Donuts - Shirley 

DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a positive, experienced individual to join our management team. Store Managers are responsible for directing the daily operations of the restaurant in accordance with brand and franchise standards, remaining engaged with guests and employees to continually improve upon and maintain the overall success of their assigned location.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead daily operations, striving towards excellence and continual improvement

  • Lead and develop a dedicated team; hiring, training and motivating crew members and maintaining employee incentive program; Adhere to applicable employment laws

  • Maintain an elevated level of focus on 100% Guest Satisfaction

  • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to according to franchise and brand standards, including but not limited to food safety and cleanliness, product promotions, and cash handling

  • Assume fiscal responsibility by meeting or exceeding sales goals, working within budgets, and managing and handling cash

  • Maintain a high level of organization throughout each work area within the location

  • Be willing to maintain involvement within in the location’s community

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong leadership abilities to successfully develop, manage and retain a team

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to provide the highest level of customer service

  • Strong organizational skills both tangible and administrative; Strong communication skills

  • Desire to be a team member within a growing organization

  • A positive attitude; elevated level of integrity; strong work ethic; ability to multi-task

  • One year of management experience; Knowledge and understanding of restaurant operations

  • High School Diploma or GED
