DEPARTMENT                               Sales & Marketing

REPORTING MANAGER:            Marketing & Sales Administration Manager

WORK SCHEDULE:                      8:30AM TO 5:00PM Monday through Friday,

STATUS:                                           Non-exempt Overtime as needed.

RATE:                                               Hourly

Summary of duties and responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to the following: manning the front desk, greeting visitors, phone coverage when needed, supporting the timely and accurate processing of new contracts, filing, etc… Member must be able to work well with others while pursuing team goals for productivity and innovation.

Front Desk

20%

  • Greet and check-in visitors.
  • Notify employees of lunch deliveries.
  • Help cover Customer Care phone lines when needed.

Administration of Contracts

40%

  • Review contracts (app. 450-600 per month) as submitted by sales personnel and confirm that all paperwork is done properly.
  • Print contracts emailed overnight.
  • Send contracts out for approvals as needed.
  • Follow-up on all outstanding issues and drive toward resolution.
  • Verify deposit checks with contracts.
  • Data integrity calls
  • Make folders and labels for new contracts, file in file room

Other Duties

20%

  • Special projects as assigned by the Marketing & Sales Administration Manager.

Other Experience

This position requires previous office administrative experience working in an office environment or related position. Infor experience preferred but not required. Must have advanced computer skills, administrative ability and detail orientated. Use of The Four Way Test in fulfilling your duties:
