Career Opportunity: Vice President, Relationship Manager

Workers Credit Union seeks an experienced financial services VP, Relationship Manager to join its growing Retail Services team. You will develop and deepen long term relationships with members (banks call them customers) as well as strengthen relationships within our communities. We have an excellent support team internally that you will partner with, including experienced loan officers & financial advisors.

Responsibilities:
• Proactive outreach and engagement with our members (banks call them customers) to present our products and services as solutions to financial life cycle needs.
• Strengthen relationships within our communities.
• Conduct business reviews to ensure members are satisfied with their products and services.
• Provides solutions for complex financial needs.
• Continually strengthen knowledge and capabilities within financial services, and stay current with financial services trends and strategies.
• Well versed in sophisticated financial services products and services.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and credit union policies and procedures.
• Meet established sales goals related to deposit, lending, and investment products.
• Optimize the member experience and service with operational excellence and accuracy

Qualifications:
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 Securities License and Life/Health Insurance licenses required; Series 7 and 65 or 66 and preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance preferred
• 4-6 years of experience in the financial services industry with prior knowledge of financial products and solutions
• Proven sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals related to deposit, lending, and investment products.
• Proven record of expanding current and building new business relationships
• The ability to function in a fast-paced environment
• Registered with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
