Job Duties:
Provide account services to customers by processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, money orders, etc.
Examine checks for endorsements, dates, legality, and origination of document.
Records transactions by logging cashier's checks and other special services; preparing currency transaction reports.
Cross-sell/refer Bank products by answering inquiries; promote new products and services; directing customers.
Comply with all Bank policies and procedures.
Maintain customer confidentiality.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills; detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Good computer and math skills; prior cash, sales, and customer service experience required.
Rollstone Bank & Trust has branch offices in Fitchburg, Leominster, Townsend, Harvard, and Groton. Teller candidates must be available to work at any of our branches and also work some Saturdays.
