Location: Littleton, MA 
Enjoy autonomy over your day-to-day workload with our flexible work arrangements! You can work a hybrid schedule, working out of our Littleton Headquarters, remote, and out of our branches a few days per week.  


Workers’ Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Management Team Associate to provide coordinated sales and service support to our Relationship Management team (VP, Relationship Managers). 


Everyday we will rely on you to assist the Relationship Management team with efforts to promote WCU services, including the development and execution/delivery of marketing materials and campaigns, client communication pieces, and educational webinars/seminars and client appreciation events. You will provide administrative sales support for the Relationship Management team, which consists of follow-up with existing clients, setting up new accounts, and other administrative tasks as needed. You will perform occasional outreach and engagement with our members (banks call them customers) to present our products and services as solutions to financial life cycle needs; and you will assist the Relationship Managers with business reviews to ensure members are satisfied with their products and services.


In order to be successful in this position you should have at least 2 years experience in branch banking and posses or be willing to obtain the following licenses: MA certified Life, Accident, & Health Insurance license and current FINRA Series 6 & 63 or Series 7 licenses, or to be obtained. You must be client-focused and customer service oriented; An excellent listener with strong communication skills, both verbal and written; and have Proficiency with computer applications software including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
