Location: Littleton, MA. Enjoy autonomy over your day-to-day workload with our flexible work arrangements! This position can be 100% Remote.
As our Call Center Representative (here at WCU we call them Member Service Representatives) you will be responsible for answering incoming telephone calls from our members and non-members concerning their personal accounts and WCU’s products and services.
Every day we’ll rely on you to answer calls in a professional, customer service-oriented manner while using critical thinking skills to determine what appropriate action must be taken to process the calls appropriately. You will resolve member problems and will educate members on products and services that will help them with their financial goals.
To thrive in this role prior customer service experience is required. We will teach you everything else you need to know!
