Financial Specialist
Career Opportunity: Financial Specialist
Location: Gardner, MA
Location will be at our Gardner Branch, and floating to other close-by branches.
This position is full-time; approximately 40 hours per week. The candidate will be required to work a flexible schedule and occasionally work additional hours based on operational need. The Branch hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00 am 5:00 pm, Thursdays 9:00 am 6:00 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am -1:00 pm. Branch staff operational hours will be scheduled between 8:00 am to 6:15 pm.
The salary range for this role is from $57k - $60k annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.

As our Financial Specialist, you will provide individualized financial coaching to our members to help us improve their daily lives.
Every day we’ll rely on you to work collaboratively with members, through The Workers Wayᵀᴹ process, to improve financial behaviors, develop strategies to overcome challenges, and achieve financial goals. You’ll meet with members and conduct quarterly check-ins to help evaluate progress toward individualized goals. The Workers Wayᵀᴹ empowers members at any life stage to achieve financial wellness through personalized one-on-one financial coaching. You will also be responsible for opening new accounts, cross selling credit union products and services; and completing consumer and home equity applications and closings.
