As our AVP, Financial Wellness Coach, you will provide individualized financial coaching to our members to help us improve their daily lives.
Every day we’ll rely on you to work collaboratively with members to change or improve financial behaviors, develop a strategy to overcome financial challenges; conduct quarterly check-ins to help evaluate progress toward individualized goals; and develop and maintain a vibrant, long-term network of relationships with individuals from multiple constituencies.
To thrive in this role, you must have hands-on experience providing financial counseling, engaging in regular traffic-building activities that reinforce personal expertise and the Credit Union’s brand, and have a successful track record of developing, managing, growing, an institutionalizing complex relationship. Earning trust in relationships with others by consistently demonstrating integrity (honesty, consistency, and reliability) and professional competence are key! We’ll teach you everything else you need to know.
