Location: Littleton, MA
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:
• Interact with the branches and back office employees to assist with system related issues
• Answer assigned “Help Desk tickets” from employees regarding software issues
• Provide administrative support for all users including set-up of new profiles, user access, and permissions as needed
• Responsible for assigned conversions, file expansions and/or interfaces
• Act as project coordinator for any in-house development or enhancements of the applications
• Assist and coordinate the installation and execution of new software releases as well as conversions and upgrades from vendors

Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred
• Three to five years’ experience in a financial institution is preferred
• Excellent Communications skills, both written and oral
• Ability to analyze complex problems and devise and implement solutions working collaboratively with others
• Demonstrated ability to resolve and diagnose software malfunctions in a networked environment
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
