We are looking to hire a part time Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will be reporting to and supporting the manager of the organization. We are a seasonal apple packing, shipping and sales company with a large warehouse and a small office. 4-5 hours Monday through Friday. Potential for more hours September - January, slows down in the spring, and eventually, we ship the last apple in May or June. Reduced hours in the summer but still have office activity. The ability to be flexible and wear many hats is key.
$20- $22 an hour.
Manage records and information
Data entry for PO's and Sales orders
Provide administrative assistance to management team
Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, file, scan etc.)
Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Outlook, Excel and Word proficiency
Willing to learn industry software
