This program will discuss EAP best practices and the role EAPs can plan in supporting employee wellness and engagement initiatives.   Participants will discuss how to assess their organizations' needs and evaluate EAP services available in the market. \n\n	 \n\n	About our guest speaker: Seth Moeller\, President\, KGA\, Inc.\n\n	 \n\n	In 2013 Seth became KGA's President.  He works closely with clients and prospective clients to ensure KGA's EAP\, HR Solutions and Wellness Services are aligned with strategic employee issues and organizational transformation. Seth's background is in organization development and talent management from financial services\, health care\, technology and consulting. Seth has a B.A. from the University of Vermont and an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
