DESCRIPTION:Do you love wine? Farm fresh food? Join us for a unique workshop where Gibbet Hill owner and wine director\, Kate Webber\, takes you through some of the basics of wine pairing and tackles the task of pairing wines with the current Gibbet Hill Farm harvest and some farm fresh creations from our culinary team.\n\nJoin a member of the Gibbet Hill Farm team as they take you on a tour of the farm to harvest your own vegetables. Then head back to the greenhouse for a wine tasting\, where Kate will pair wines with items from the farm.\n\n*Selection of herbs and produce will depend on what is available on the day of the class.\n\nMust be 21 or over to attend this class. \n\nThe class will be held rain or shine on the farm. Please wear clothing appropriate for the weather\, and wear shoes appropriate for the weather and sturdy enough for walking in and around the farm. Tools will be provided for hands-on activites\, but please bring gloves that is your preference for garden work.
