Once trained\, Reiki practitioners may practice Reiki on themselves and others. \; Reiki energy healing promotes healing as well as overall well-being. \; Reiki is a gentle\, non-invasive practice that does not conflict with medical treatments. \; Reiki promotes relaxation and stress reduction. It is also beneficial for pets. \;
\n\nReiki Master Teacher Karen Campbell\, who is certified for Usui\, Holy Fire\, and Karuna I Reiki\, will be teaching a Usui Reiki Level I class for interested students. Karen believes that Reiki is a gift for ourselves and each other while it promotes a peaceful method for managing stress. Karen began learning Reiki to bring comfort to hospice patients and the bereaved. Students will receive a certificate of completion. \;
