SUMMARY:UNACC’s 18th Annual Spring Bear Feast
DESCRIPTION:UNACC's 17 th Annual Spring Bear Feast\n\nSunday\, March 9th   12 PM to 5 PM\n\n\n\n \n\nJoin us for the day as we celebrate Muin (bear) awakening from his hibernation.  This ceremony starts at 1:00 PM. We want to maintain the circle throughout the ceremony. (with the exceptions of those doing the pipe ceremony)  Please\, be respectful to the ceremony.  (no walking around talking\, going to get coffee and so forth)\n\n \n\n*~*~* At this year's Spring Bear Feast\, we would like to host a personal giveaway at the end of our ceremony.  If you have an item you would like to gift to someone\, you are welcome to do it.  This does not have to be done but is being offered to anyone who would like to do so. \n\n \n\n***This is a Mi'kmaq Ceremony.  We ask that women bring or wear a long skirt to cover their legs.\n\nFollowing the Bear Feast Ceremony\, there will be socializing\, drumming and dancing. Also\, this is a potluck so please bring a dish to share.\n\nPlease\, bring hand drum and rattles. There will be no raffles held.
