With 5.7 million square feet of development\, a 1% vacancy rate and over 5\,500 current jobs\, Devens redevelopment has been an unqualified success. Mr. Lowitt will reflect on his seventeen years working for the Commission and share some of the aspects of Devens that has helped position it as a poster child for the successful redevelopment of a closed military base. \n\n \n\n \n\n Free and open to the public.
