Join a member of the Gibbet Hill Farm team as they take you on a tour of the farm\, to harvest your own fruits and vegetables. Then head back to the greenhouse\, where Gibbet Hill Grill lead bartender\, Amanda\, will instruct participants on fruit and vegetable preparation and methods to create your own syrups and shrubs.\n\nStudents will bring home their own shrubs to enjoy at a later date.\n\nPrice per person includes a thoughtfully prepared\, snack box of crudite\, dips\, and breads.\n\nThe class will be held rain or shine on the farm. Please wear clothing appropriate for the weather\, and wear shoes appropriate for the weather and sturdy enough for walking in and around the farm.
