\n\nIn this \;Spiritual Development Circle \;we will explore the various aspects of building and enhancing our personal spiritual practice to heal ourselves and to help heal the world &ndash\; one step at a time. I will facilitate each class as we cover a specific topic to support these goals by sharing my personal practices\, wisdom and understanding while gently encouraging you to share yours as well. We will practice together in a group format which will bring greater empowerment to each individual which then empowers the group as well. ALL ARE WELCOME! No prior experience or class attendance is necessary.

\n\nIn this class we will discuss what it means to be &ldquo\;sensitive&rdquo\; (otherwise known as &ldquo\;empath&rdquo\;)\, discuss protection\, and practice various ways to clear our energy and re-align to higher vibrations.
