DESCRIPTION:Our next Public Policy meeting will be held on Tuesday\, September 13th \, not the first Tuesday of the month due to Labor Day. \n\n \n\nRepresentatives from the Campaign for a Safe and Healthy Massachusetts will discuss the ballot initiative to legalize marijuana. This measure would allow for those age 21 and older to purchase marijuana in a variety of forms from buds to edibles and ointments\, provide for limited home growth\, and potentially allow more widespread public use\, among other provisions. \n\n \n\nThe Campaign for a Safe and Healthy Massachusetts is a coalition of organizations\, community and business leaders\, and advocates from a variety of industries that oppose the legalization of the commercial marijuana industry and seek to safeguard Bay State communities from the potential dangers of legalized marijuana.\n\n \n\nThis is open to Chamber members - Limited Seating - RSVP required
