A Dual Agent has a duty of confidentiality and accounting to both parties. Reasonable Care and Skill will apply in the real estate transaction. \n\nInstructor: Andy Consoli\n\nAccording to MA & NH Licensing Regulations\, you must be present for the entire two hours to earn credit.
