Through interactive discussion and activities in this talk\, you will explore and apply mindfulness concepts and recognize the potential benefits of applying mindfulness at work.\n\nAs a participant in this program\, you will:\n\n\n	Become informed on mindfulness and why to use mindfulness vs. multitasking\n	Experience some sample mindfulness practices\n	Identify ways to implement mindfulness toward improving your attention to your work\, your colleagues and your clients.\n\n\nCost: $15/person and includes a light lunch from the Natural Caf  and Market.
