There will be refreshments music\, skits and speakers celebrating a coming together of males and females as allies against violence.  In addition to wonderful partners from groups such as Girls Inc.\, Jane Doe\, Males Advocating Change\, the Mary Kay Foundation\, Lia Sophia by Robin Connors and Robin Connors Angels\, All Points Limo's "White Limo Escort to White Ribbon" initiative\, and many other anti-bullying/violence organizations\, all attendees will be given a FREE WHITE RIBBON PIN!\n\n \n\nThe pins will honor the wearers for their commitment to not committing or condoning violence against women\, children or men!\n\n \n\nThe Massachusetts White Ribbon Dayis connected with an international White Ribbon Campaign (WRC)\, which was created by a handful of Canadian men in 1991 on the second anniversary of a male killer's massacre of 14 women in Montreal. The WRC group formed to urge men to speak out against violence against women. Today\, the WRC is a worldwide campaign in over 55 countries that has collected well over 5 million signatures.
