There will also be an interactive discussion about the proactive steps employers should take to address issues before they arise.\n\n	 \n\n	David M. Felper is a senior partner with Bowditch & Dewey\, LLP and chairs the Firm's Litigation and Labor & Employment Practice Areas.  Mr. Felper's practice is concentrated in representation of management in matters including defense of discrimination and wrongful termination claims\, wage and hour and OSHA complaints\, non-competition agreements\, contract negotiations\, grievances\, union organization and permissible conduct under all federal and state labor and employment laws.  He represents clients in federal and state courts\, at arbitration hearings\, in administrative hearings before the NLRB\, EEOC\, MCAD\, MLRC and in other federal and state administrative litigation and proceedings\, including unemployment compensation and section 28 workers' compensation hearings.  Mr. Felper also drafts employment contracts\, personnel policies and other employment-related documents.  He is a frequent speaker on employment and labor law and has taught courses in the field of labor and employment law.
