The SHINE Initiative was established through Fidelity Bank in 2004 to recognize mental illness   especially in children\, teens and young adults   as a mainstream health issue. In recent years in Central Massachusetts\, thousands of young people\, their parents\, teachers and other caregivers\, have joined the conversation about mental illness.\n\n\n\nPaul Richard\, executive director of the SHINE Initiative\, will share the "initiatives" they've undertaken to promote mental wellness\, and what that can mean for the health of our youth\, our families\, our communities\, our economy and our workforce.
