Is discipline associated?  Do you require mandatory drug screen?  Does your safety committee investigate every accident?\n\n          Bullying in the workplace   is it happening under your roof?  Would your managers be aware of it?  Are they educated on what it is?  Do they have the tools to prevent it?\n\n          Telework   are you receiving more requests to "work from home" periodically?  Do you have a policy or procedure in place?  How formal do you want to be?  Are your managers trained to monitor telework? \n\n          What's on your mind?  What challenges or opportunities would you like to discuss?\n\n \n\n\n\nPlease RSVP by Thursday\, January 5th so we can give an accurate count to the Sheraton.
