\n Born and raised in Harvard\, Massachusetts Ashley first began performing music at talent shows and open mics in her early teens. She ignited a more focused music journey when she began performing original songs on the streets of Boston as a &ldquo\;busker&rdquo\; \; before the age of 15. Armed with only a guitar\, her powerful voice and big dreams\, Ashley quickly became recognized as a musical force in Harvard Square and on the busy streets of Cambridge\, MA. In 2010 Ashley quickly found herself featured on many of New England&rsquo\;s most popular Independent music publications with the release of Her first CD titled &ldquo\;Simple Love&rdquo\; and a year and a half later she released her second album &ldquo\;Liquid Words.&rdquo\; Her new unique mix of country/pop/folk-rock original music has certainly caught everyone'\;s attention. Nominated for &ldquo\;Country Act of the Year&rdquo\; at the 2012 New England Music Awards\, 5 time winner at the New England Country Music Awards\, and &ldquo\;Country Artist of the Year&rdquo\; at the Limelight Magazine awards last March\, \; Ashely Jordon continues to impress whereever she performs.
