DESCRIPTION:4th Annual Westford Festival of Trees/Wreaths/Creative Gingerbread Creations Celebration & Contest at the Westford Regency Inn and Conference Center\n\nDecember 8-18\, 2016\n\nYou are invited .. \n\nThe Westford Family FunFest \, Westford Business Association\, Westford Regency Inn & Conference Center (Trees and Wreaths) and Roudenbush Community Center/Whole Foods of Westford(Gingerbread Creations) invites you or your organization\, schools\, civic\, business\, community or church groups to decorate an artificial tree\, wreath or Gingerbread Creation for the 3rd Annual Westford Festival of Trees/Wreaths/Gingerbread Creation Celebration. The Festival creations will be on display at the Westford Regency Inn and Conference Center from December 8-18\, 2016 \n\n As part of the Festival you or your organization can decorate an artificial tree\, wreath or gingerbread creation in a special theme. They will be located in special display areas of the Westford Regency including: Atrium\, Lobby area\, restaurants\, Ballroom-lobby area level on first floor\, and other areas of the hotel as needed. \n\nAn opening reception will be held at the Westford Regency on Thursday\, December 8 from 6pm 8:00pm with light refreshment\, music\; voting most popular\, tree\, wreath and gingerbread creation\; start of the silent auction and more fun. The Westford Festival of Trees is sponsored by the Westford Regency Inn\, Circle Health/ Lowell General Hospital\, Enterprise Bank\, Westford Business Association and Emerson Hospital. \n\nThe Gingerbread Creations will be sponsored by the Roudenbush Community Center and Whole Foods of Westford . \n\n \n\n The Decorated Trees/Wreaths will be judged on creativity and imagination. Prizes sponsored by the Westford Regency Inn and Conference Center. \n\n \n Prizes Special certificates \n\n \n First Place ($50)\, second place ($25) will be awarded for each division (see below). \n Plus bragging rights for the whole year including on the Westford FunFest Website. \n \n \n \n \n Gingerbread Creations - Prizes sponsored by Roudenbush Community Center and Whole Foods of Westford\n \n Prizes - Special certificates - \n \n 1st Place - ($50)\, 2nd place ($25) will be awarded. \n \n \n \n \n Divisions : \n \n Trees:\n \n Youth up to high school (individuals and organizations)\n High School adults. (individuals and organizations)\n Business/Civic/Town Departments\n Mini Tree special division \n \n \n Wreaths all sizes - 2 divisions - Youth and Adults/organizations\n Gingerbread Creations - all types adult/Business and children division. \n \n \n Public will vote for the "Most Popular" will receive a special prize.\n\n \n\nTheme:\n\n\n Pick the theme for you tree/wreaths/ gingerbread creation. It can be holiday\, sports\, travel\, arts/music\, cultural\, school\, or any other theme. You can decorate under/around the tree or gingerbread creation if desired. \n You can include gift cards or special items on the tree/wreaths if you want to auction off your tree (see below). \n Artificial Trees/ Wreaths ONLY NO live trees or wreaths. The Tree/Wreath and all the decorations/lights on or below tree are supplied by you or organization/business. Bring extension cord if needed. \n Signage Theme and name of individual\, organization\, business or group on or near tree\, wreath and gingerbread creation. \n Size of Trees/Wreath accepted: including base to topper of Tree listed below: :\n \n Mini Tree up to 24"\, Small tree - 2' to 3'\, Middle Tree 4'-5'\, Large Tree 6' 8' \n Wreaths up to max 24". If larger please email to get ok Limited space for large wreaths\n \n \n Type of gingerbread creations. \n \n Single creation or scene creation - *must be put on a sturdy base for display. \n \n \n\n \n\n \n\nSet-up \n\nTrees/Wreaths/ Gingerbread Creations must be set-up between 12noon 6pm on Wednesday\, December 7th only (unless arrangements are made) all areas must be kept clean and materials taken with you that are not part of the tree. Gingerbread creations will have special areas to display creations. Must be displayed on sturdy base. \n\n \n\nCost: Free\, if registered by December 1\, 2016 - $10 charge after that date make check payable to Westford Family FunFest. \n\n \n\nPossible Fundraiser:\n\nIf you or your organization would like to make this a fundraiser \n\n\n The tree/wreath can be part of the Silent Auction that is open to the public. 100% of the silent auction winning bid goes back to the person\, organization or business that entered the tree\, wreath\, or gingerbread creation. If you would like to donate your amount to another organization\, please let us know - so that winner knows who to make check out to. \n\n \n Two divisions for Silent Auction Fundraiser: \n \n \n\nTrees and Wreaths:\n\n\n Tree/Wreath with all decorations including TREE \n OR Ornaments only on decorated Tree ( tree is not part of the Silent Auction). They will be marked. The Auctioned off trees/ Ornaments/wreaths will be picked up on Monday\, December 19th between 3pm - 6 pm unless arrangements are made.
