\n 35th \;Annual Fine Arts and Crafts Festival \;
\n at the Codman Estate
\n Saturday\, September 9th\, from 10:00am to 4:00pm | \n \n \n \n\n \; \n \;\n\n \n \n \n  | \n \n \n \n\n \; \n \;\n\n \n \n \n A metro-Boston tradition for thirty-five years\, the Arts and Crafts Festival is a juried show featuring the fine work of more than one hundred artisans from throughout New England. Items for sale include: jewelry\, pottery\, painting\, food wares\, glass\, photography\, fiber art\, woodworking\, clothing\, and much more.

\n Visitors can also enjoy live musical performances with the "\;Moz-Jazz"\; sound of Albino Mbie and Lloyd Thayer'\;s folk and blues. There is also free admission to tours of the first floor of the c. 1740 house.

\n Once called "\;the handsomest place in America\,"\; this country estate was home to five generations of the Codman family. The sixteen acre grounds feature a hidden turn-of-the-century Italian garden with perennial beds\, statuary\, and a reflecting pool filled with water lilies.
